These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of deltaopus.com, our free tools, and any applications provided by Delta Opus ("Delta Opus", "we", "us", or "our"), including those you sign in to with your Google account (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and Google Sign-In

5. Client Services

Paid services such as web development, SEO, automation, and advertising management are governed by a separate written agreement between Delta Opus and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services or results from our free tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Opus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time and may revoke Google account access from your Google Account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
